Congratulations to the new board of directors. As I can see the new board attitude is excellent and let’s hope the results will be equally good. One proposal which may have not occurred to many owners.
Since the distances between the beach and our chalets / villas are long, and most of the owners approached / passed seniority in age!? thus the need for ‘discharging’ frequently. Therefore my suggestion is to divide the beach in 3 zones, and build in each a small toilet that should remain spotlessly clean at all times and sanitized daily by one junior staff of the beach crew, with water source. And to be locked before sunset, reopened next morning say at 9 or 10 am. If the expense is too great, can start by putting up one mixed WC for ladies and men jointly. Then next year can enlarge it to separate by gender.
I hope this suggestion will meet with the board’s approval.
great valid idea and comes from a person who cares about others’ comfort and convenience.
i’m not an owner in your resort but trying to grab some info and found above comment and wanted to share mine.
it seems that your place is great for people who are looking for quiet and clean life style.
i do hope to find a small unit/ chalet available for sale in your place for me and my wife.
we are very responsible family and we live in Canada but thinking to reside back in Egypt in soon future.
